I did work on J1 part time 19 hours a week on campus while I was a student but I did not mention it.
It's not a problem if you don't mention it cuz you can always explain that it was not professional. BUt again it all depends on your IO.
I had a F/T job 2 years ago and I did not mention it on G325 cuz I did not get W2 for that. Maybe I should have. Oh well I have an interview in less than a month we will see what will happen...

It's only IV members. We did decide on few things last time, We have some new ideas, to talk. Obviously we need more people to carry on with the efforts...There are several private bills that are being placed in the queue as well as I see a separate bill for foreign nurses is coming up for discussion, we I feel we should talk to our lawmakers to bail us out of the EB-3/EB-2 India/china messWho other than IV is expected or invited in this call? Do we have any agenda, or just a brain storming?

You are not the primary, right? Your job has nothing to do with the GC case. So you can do whatever regarding your job.

hey guys,
i send in my i-140/i485 along with those for my wife. as luck will have it, I forgot to include her sealed i-693. i am planning to send it tomorrow with a cover letter. is that okay? is there anything else I can do?
I will appreciate any help.

Only send it after you get a receipt notice....Else, I am sure it will get lost....USCIS has said in its latest FAQs that it will not reject the 485 packet if it doesnt inlcude the medicals....So wait till you get a receipt notice and send it with a copy of the receipt...

If you can, I would suggest to wait a month at the least. Information is changing by the day and you will have a better picture of where the case is leading to in that timeframe.

bfadlia is right ... it was/is pretty straight forward. We did it ourselves too.
Again, Cheap is a relative term
The process is so simple, instructions on the website are clear. There is no need for a lawyer. Most people I know did it themselves successfully. I did it on my own too and I'm about to land soon.

I think you need to wait till you have EB2 numbers available or else you need to with draw the inter filing before your I-140 assumes the eb3 priority date.The withdrawl my trigger RFE.That is my openion.Gurus correct me.

My company attorney really dont know a lot about this issue. I guess I need to speak with a good attorney.

Hello everyone,
My driver's license has come up for renewal in Feb 2009. I have 2 yrs EAD.I have send my H1 for renewal but it has not got yet approved..
My employer suggessted that I use my EAD card to get my license renewed. In Ideal case I would like to use my approved H1 to renew my license. However since its taking time for my H1 renewal can I use my EAD card to get my license renewed.

Hi everyone,
I applied for my I-131, I-765 and I-485 together under EB-2 category on the 13th of September 2010. I got approval letters for both I-131 and I-765 by the 9th of November 2010. My wife and I also received our EAD cards and travel documents. But today I got another set of receipts for both I-765 and I-131 with rfe for photographs. The receipts number are different in both the previous and new receipts and the new ones are showing up in pending state on the USCIS website.
Please let me know what can be the reason I got these duplicate receipts and what should be the next steps.

Take Infopass and talk to them. In my opinion if you have approvals in your hand, they stand valid.
USCIS - Left hand does not know what right hand does and vice versa.

I do not have the URL to the USCIS document but know for sure that this requirement has been discontinued from Nov 2007.
