I saw that article about the M5 concept this morning. The new 5er looks much better than the one just replaced, but I'm still very partial to the E39 5 series. I had a 2003 530i and to this day regret getting rid of it.

My new baby, i freaking love this thing.

Dual 2.3 GHz Power Mac G5
1GB RAM-250GB HDD
NVIDIA 6600 GT/256MB VRAM

First Christmas present for this year; got it yesterday. It has Tiger which means it isnt compatible with ANYTHING but I should be able to get Leopard soon.

BTW; Does anyone know of any Twitter clients that are compatible with PowerPC 10.4-based Macs? Thankss. :)

After I switched to Verizon, AT&T sent me a letter offering all sorts of deals if I'd change my mind (although they didn't offer to buy out my new 2-year Verizon contract).

This must be how they were planning to pay for my special discounts, by raising fees for everyone else!

That doesn't seem like too much, actually. that's 1GB of storage for 12 million customersI think it is being used to hold media content, not for cloud backup type purposes for individual customers Exactly dukebound85. You only need one copy of a song or movie to store or stream, not one for each customer. Digital, remember?

The world's biggest Viper dealer is up here about 45mins away from me. Woodhouse is THE place to go if you want to buy, or just gawk at, a ton of sweet Vipers. They're one of Dodge's biggest clients in the motorsports world, and expanded that to the street cars. Pretty sweet place. I bought my Talon from them years ago, and got to see The Viper Pit, as they call it. It is a sight to behold....

Just to let know everybody that i just sent my first complain about edesignuk as a moderator.

I could probably be shot for this, but when do you say anything nice about anything other than yourself?

edesignuk will do a good job as a Mod mini and I'm sure the rest of the crowd will go along with that. It's unfortunate that you're having trouble with his being chosen but you don't seem to have any reason for your statement.

I strongly suggest you copy off your work folder or files onto the desktop or wherever and work from them there, copying the new files back onto your Flash drive when you're done.

:( I am unable to install wiretap. when I try to unstuff it, it asks to save some preinstall thing in a folder but it says that it already exists. I naturally say save, all three documents. It unpacks, but when i click on it, it tells me that it was unable to locate files. So i am lost at the moment.

Lights for shelf (cross post Ikea)

I have the white lights for the back of my tv for ambient lighting.. but 200$ worth of LEDs is a bit much for me haha.. I have trouble justifying buying another set for my other tv.

How do I embed a music radio file into my blog? Ive tried using <embed src=http://homepage.mac.com/daines88/.Public/play.pls autostart="true" loop="true"
but it just downloads the file to the desktop i want it to play with in the browser window.

The thing is, all these games are available for free online for your mac. I suppose if you want to play them on your ipad or phone that's one thing. If that doesn't matter, you can get your nostalgia for free. Same goes for NES, Coleco, Super NES, and Genesis emulators.

They may be available for free, but that doesn't really mean they are available legally. :)
